Key developments have already made an impact on the environmental sustainability of the transport sector, Low Emission Vehicles, Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF), and the roll-out of bioethanol in petroleum are some notable measures already being deployed. To decarbonize transport systems further and faster it is necessary to surpass these accomplishments and encompass a wider range of resources and technologies.
